What Other Fees or Costs Are Involved?

We may require a second month’s rent to bve paid in full in order for you to receive any discount offered on your first month’s rent. Promotions and rental rates vary, and may be changed with little or no notice, so we always recommend you call or drop by to receive our most current offers and to enable us to answer any questions you may have.

Am I Required to Have Storage Renter's Insurance?

Under the terms of our lease, you are required to carry storage renter’s insurance. We can provide you with an insurance brochure at the leasing office.

When Can I Move In?

If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you may reserve over the phone. Renting a space in person is required.

How Much Notice Needs to Be Given Before I Move Out?

A a courtesy, we ask that you give 30 days written notice which we are happy to receive in person or over the phone. You always have until the last day of your paid through month to move out.

What Type of Documentation Do I need to Provide In Order to Rent A Space?

We require a government issued ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport)

Do I Need to Sign A Long-Term Lease?

No, we rent on a month-to-month basis.

How Do I Make A Payment?

You can pay in person, by phone, pay online, mail a check, or setup automatic bill pay through your bank. We also accept money orders.

What Forms of Payments Do You Accept?

Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard or Discover.

Do You Sell Boxes and Storage Supplies?

Yes. We Sell Various Moving Supplies in Our Office.

Do I Need to Bring My Own Lock?

Yes. Otherwise we have locks available in our office for purchase.

Are There Any Items That I Am Not Able to Store?

Liquids, Explosives, Flammable Liquids, Toxic Materials, Biological Contaminants, and Perishables. Please refer to your rental contract for specific items that are prohibited from storing at Load N Lock Storage.
